Kaohsiung Marriott Hotel stands next to the Heart of Love River and is a charming new landmark in the city. The hotel has 700 guest rooms, a variety of restaurants, and a refined and elegant environment.

We design the kitchen of the all-day dining restaurant on the 9th floor, the Chinese restaurant on the 10th floor, the Hong Kong-style restaurant and banquet hall on the 8th floor, and the executive lounge on the 31st floor. 

Since the overall design requires a larger and higher sense of space in the open kitchen, our designer has corresponding strict requirements on the civil mechanical and electrical exhaust points of the hood. Combined with the orange-yellow style of the restaurant area, similar red and stainless-steel colors are used for the color of the integrated stove, and black is used for the heating lamp and hot plate. Let diners increase their appetite through color matching.
