In the first stage of the design process, we work with the client to determine the back-of-house circulation and demarcation. This includes creating the workflow of kitchen & back-of-house zoning, functions, and spatial arrangement. A preliminary builder’s requirements and provisional M&E consumption will be given at this stage.
Upon finishing phases 1 and 2, angles&curves will present the equipment layout, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing drawings, Bills of Quantity, and Technical Specifications for validation. Once approved by the Project Team, a technical bidding document will be submitted.
